Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Deliver your return package to any authorized UPS location or drop box; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
